At Tile ProSource, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return window for all unused, boxed tiles and installation materials to ensure your home renovation project meets your exact standards.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide your order details.

• 2.
  Package Your Tiles

  Carefully pack the unused tiles in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all items are secure to prevent breakage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship Items Back

  Affix the provided RMA label to your shipment and send the package to our distribution center via a carrier of your choice with tracking enabled.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for damage, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
