How do you ensure tiles don't break during shipping?

We use specialized heavy-duty packaging and reinforced pallets to secure your order. While tile is inherently fragile, our breakage rate is less than 1% thanks to our proprietary foam-cushioning technology.

Can I order samples before committing to a full pallet?

Yes, we highly recommend ordering 4x4 or 6x6 samples to see the true color and texture in your home's lighting. Samples typically ship via FedEx and arrive within 3-5 business days.

What is your return policy for overage?

We accept returns on unopened, full boxes of tile within 30 days of delivery. Please note that a 15% restocking fee applies, and the customer is responsible for return freight costs.

How much extra tile should I order for my project?

We recommend a 10-15% overage for standard installations to account for cuts, waste, and future repairs. For herringbone or diagonal patterns, we suggest 20% overage.
