This compact 45 mm (≈ 1.7″) diameter blade features an ultra-thin 0.6 mm solid diamond layer that dramatically reduces cut-width and keeps edges remarkably clean.

And because it’s designed for premium tile work, it’s ideal for tasks such as service-cover cut-outs, furniture or fitting installation, and detailed finishing. 

This blade is optimized for wet cutting. Use with water supply to ensure the diamond layer stays cool, clean and long-lasting.

The DiStar Butterfly 2" Diamond Blade features a stepped bore diameter of:

• 5.8 mm / 3.2–3.0 mm (0.23 / 0.13–0.12 inches)

This blade is designed specifically for compatible micro-grinders and rotary tools. It is not intended for standard angle grinders with 5/8" or 7/8" arbor configurations.

Use it on porcelain, ceramic, stoneware, mosaic sheets, and decorative trim, especially where clean edges, low chipping, and minimal blade wander are essential.
